"We had an excellent company take out three of our light boxes. We also had cam lights put in the kitchen. The ceiling looks like it never had anything else there. There is not a seam, bump or indentation where old light box was. They painted the whole ceiling and cleaned up after themselves. Gave us advice on the correct cam lights to put in.
